What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, we unfortunately are not able to offer a refund at this moment. We are happy to offer exchanges which you can get by reaching out via our contact form within 7 days of your orders arrival.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, however we try to ship all orders within 3-5 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufacturered right here in Kansas City! We partner with a local embroiderer to get all of our products made perfect for you all!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
